This applies to situations where the vehicle has undergone extensive modifications to increase speed or noise, evaded police, been driven without license plates, or exceeded the permitted percentage of window tint.

To further strengthen road safety, Dubai Police are granted the authority to seize vehicles accumulating more than AED6,000 ($1,630) in traffic fines.
