CarsClub.ae is an online marketplace platform to buy & sell cars. We connect buyers and sellers online. CARSCLUB F.Z.E does not buy or sell cars directly.

  • All users are verified via OTP on both email and mobile number to ensure quality listings.
  • We do not recommend any online payment transactions between buyers and sellers without physically verifying the vehicle.
  • Always inspect the car in person. Check its physical condition, VIN number, and confirm RTA / Tasjeel inspections.
  • Check the complete accident history before purchasing any used car.
  • CARSCLUB F.Z.E is not responsible for any cash or bank transfer deals between buyers and sellers.
  • All car ads have direct call / WhatsApp options. Verify the seller and the vehicle before proceeding.

1. Definitions

1.1. "We," "Our," "Us," "CarsClub.ae" refers to CARSCLUB F.Z.E and its subsidiaries, employees, officers, agents, affiliates, or assigned parties.

1.2. "Our website" refers to www.carsclub.ae.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1. By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this site.

3. Your Responsibilities

3.1 Service Description

CARSCLUB F.Z.E is not a car dealership. We provide a platform for private sellers and dealers to market vehicles. Sellers are responsible for their own listings and handling inquiries directly. We do not engage in transactions or communication between buyers and sellers.

3.2 Accuracy of Details

All vehicle details are submitted by individual sellers or dealers and are not independently verified by carsclub.ae.

However, carsclub.ae verifies all users through email and mobile number OTP verification at the time of registration, in order to ensure the authenticity of user accounts and maintain listing quality.

Despite these measures, it remains your responsibility to independently verify all vehicle information, documentation, and condition before making any purchase or agreement. We do not provide any warranties or guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of the listings.

3.3 Your Duties

  • Check and confirm the accuracy of all listing details.
  • Hire a surveyor and obtain legal advice if necessary.
  • Act in good faith towards all parties involved.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall CARSCLUB F.Z.E or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Revisions and Errata

We may update content on our website without notice. We do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

6. Availability of Website

While we aim for continuous availability, CARSCLUB F.Z.E cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or modify access at any time.

Failure to repay auto finance may be reported to the UAE credit bureau and affect future credit eligibility.

11. Ad Listing Guidelines for Private Sellers

11.1 Images

  • Upload real images of the vehicle — not stock images from the internet.
  • Ensure images are clear and separate (no collages).
  • Do not include third-party logos without permission.

11.2 Car Description

  • Provide accurate car details (make, model, year, mileage, etc.).
  • One car per ad.
  • Do not change make/model after submitting the ad.

11.3 Content Guidelines

  • No offensive, fake, or illegal content.
  • Only list real, available cars. Ownership proof may be requested.

11.4 Contact Information

Include a working phone number and email address.

11.5 Location

The car must be physically located within the UAE. Listings outside UAE are not allowed.

11.6 Moderation and Rejection

  • Our moderators may reject or request changes to ads.
  • If rejected for non-compliance and payment was made, refunds will be processed.

12.1 Definitions

"We," "Our," "Us" refers to CARSCLUB F.Z.E. "You," "Your," or "the Client" refers to the user of the Dealer Services, which may include:

  • Car listing management services
  • Photography of vehicles
  • Lead management & tracking services
  • Website feed integration and hosting
  • Custom dealership website development
