What stands out
- Seven of the 18 most listed models ask a median above AED 300,000: the G-Class, Porsche 911, Lamborghini Urus, Range Rover Autobiography, Defender, AMG GT and Rolls-Royce Cullinan, which tops the list at AED 1,964,499.
- The tightest prices belong to recent, mass-market cars. Half of all Nissan X-Trail listings ask between AED 67,999 and AED 74,499, and the Jetour T2 sits between AED 122,000 and AED 139,990. When most cars on sale are a year or two old, there is little to argue over.
- The widest ranges span model generations. A Mercedes S-Class asks anything from AED 89,000 to AED 510,000 in its middle half, and a Lexus LX from AED 155,002 to AED 560,001, because both lists mix cars several years apart. For those, the per-year figures on the S-Class and LX valuation pages are the ones to use.
- The Patrol and the Range Rover Autobiography are mostly new cars. Their typical mileage is zero, so their medians are close to showroom prices, not used values.
How these figures are made
The report counts cars listed for sale on CarsClub in the 120 days to 12 October 2026, asking between AED 3,000 and AED 5,000,000, from model year 1990 on. Where a model has 8 or more listings, the cheapest and dearest tenth are set aside before the median is taken, so one mistyped price cannot move it. New and used cars are counted together, and only models with at least 8 listings appear.
These are asking prices, not sale prices, and each comes from between 8 and 33 listings, so read them as a guide to where the market sits rather than a quote. The figures are frozen on 12 October 2026. Next month's report will compare against them.
How to use this report
If you are selling, put your own car through the free car valuation, which adjusts for year, mileage, spec and condition, then list it on CarsClub with no commission. If you are buying, compare a listing's price with the median here before you call, and run a VIN check on any car you are serious about.
