Private Sellers / Cars Dealers are responsible for preparing the Details and handling inquiries directly from you. We do not engage in communications between you and dealers or participate in any part of the transaction.

3.2. Accuracy of Details: The Details are hosted by us in good faith but are produced directly by the dealers or private sellers and have not been independently verified by us for accuracy or completeness. You are responsible for making your own inquiries and confirming the accuracy of any Details before proceeding with any transaction. We provide no guarantee and accept no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information contained within the Details.

3.3. Your Responsibilities:

• Checking, confirming, and satisfying yourself as to the accuracy of any Details.

11. Ad Listing Guidelines for Private Sellers

11.1. Images:

• Actual Images: Images must be of the actual car and not downloaded from the internet. They should accurately represent the car’s condition.
• Clear Images: Ensure images are clear and not blurry. Blurry images may hinder approval.
• Separate Uploads: Upload images separately rather than creating collages. Do not include logos of other companies unless permission is obtained.

11.2. Car Description:

• Accurate Information: Provide detailed and accurate information about the car, including make, model, year, mileage, condition, features, and specifications.
• Single Car per Ad: Each advertisement should focus on one car only.
• No Changes to Make and Model: Once the make and model are specified, they should not be changed in the same advertisement.

11.3. Content Guidelines:

• Prohibited Content: Avoid offensive, explicit, or illegal content. Ads must adhere to our platform’s content policies.
• Authenticity: Ensure the car is real and available for sale. Ads for fictional or unavailable cars will not be approved. Proof of ownership may be required.

11.5. Location of the Car:

• The car must be physically located in the UAE. Ads for cars located outside the UAE will not be approved.

11.6. Moderation and Rejection:

• Moderator’s Discretion: The moderator may request changes, additional details, or reject the ad if it does not meet guidelines.
• Refund Policy: If an ad is rejected due to non-compliance and payment has been made, a refund will be issued.

12. Terms & Conditions for Dealers

12.1. Definitions:

• “We,” “Our,” “Us” refers to carsclub.ae and its subsidiaries, employees, officers, agents, affiliates, or assigned parties.
• “Our website” refers to carsclub.ae.
• “You,” “Your,” or “the Client” refers to you as the user of the Car Listing Subscription Service (the “Service”). The Service may include any or all of the following, depending on the chosen package:
  • Car listing service for uploading and managing vehicle listings;
  • Photography service for vehicles;
  • Content management service for managing leads and tracking visits;
  • Link integration with automatic feed from our website to your site;
  • Creation and hosting of your dealership website.
