Hyundai Elantra 2024 Dubai: The 2024 Elantra is a compact sedan that is widely regarded as a basic form of transportation. It is an ideal choice for first-time car buyers, offers excellent fuel efficiency, and is easy to park in tight spots. However, the Hyundai also offers a high level of style and value for money. The sharp exterior design is a notable feature, but the Elantra does not compromise on traditional compact-car traits. The cabin is spacious for its size, and an available hybrid powertrain enhances the Elantra’s reputation as a fuel-efficient vehicle. The base powertrain is a 2.0-liter four-cylinder, but the N-Line model comes with a turbocharged 1.6-liter that offers a more dynamic driving experience. However, none of the Elantra models will raise the driver’s pulse. In terms of handling, the Elantra falls short of the Honda Civic and the Mazda 3, which offer more precise steering and a more agile overall feel. For performance-oriented drivers, the full-on Elantra N model (reviewed separately) is a more satisfying option than the regular Elantra, but it also carries a higher price tag.
Hyundai’s compact car has undergone a facelift, featuring a more striking front end, updated exterior lighting elements, and new wheels. The new model is available in a range of additional colours, including Exotic Green and Ultimate Red. Furthermore, Hyundai has incorporated rear side-impact airbags and a rear-seat seatbelt reminder as standard across the Elantra range. The vehicle is equipped with a number of standard features, including lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring, and rear cross-traffic alert. These features now alert the driver with haptic pulses in the steering wheel.

Hyundai Elantra 2024 Engine & Performance
The standard non-hybrid Elantra powertrain is a naturally aspirated 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine that produces 147 horsepower and 132 pound-feet of torque in SE and SEL models. The N Line model, which is designed for a more sporty driving experience, features a 1.6-litre engine with a turbocharger, resulting in a significant increase in power and torque. The hybrid models also utilise a 1.6-litre four-cylinder engine, which is paired with an electric motor rather than a turbocharger. This results in slightly less horsepower than the base engine at 139, but more torque at 195 pound-feet, which is equal to that of the N Line. The SE and SEL models are equipped with a 2.0-liter engine coupled with a continuously variable transmission (CVT), while the N Line, Blue Hybrid, and Limited Hybrid models feature a dual-clutch transmission (DCT). It is worth noting that the N Line is equipped with a seven-speed DCT, in contrast to the hybrids, which have a six-speed DCT. The most popular and enthusiast-favoured model in the Elantra line is the performance-oriented N, which we review separately. For those who are unable to justify the higher price of the N, the N Line may be a more affordable option. Used Hyundai Elantra uae

Hyundai Elantra 2024 Dubai Fuel Economy
The Elantra with the 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine is capable of achieving fuel efficiency of up to 33 mpg in the city and 42 mpg on the highway. The turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine is estimated to achieve fuel efficiency of up to 28 mpg in the city and 36 mpg on the highway. The most fuel-efficient hybrid Elantra is rated at 53 mpg city and 56 highway. In our extensive testing regimen, which includes a 75-mph highway fuel-economy route, the Elantra hybrid achieved a 48-mpg result, while the non-hybrid Limited with the base engine achieved 38 mpg. In comparison, the Corolla hybrid achieved 56 mpg in our highway test.
Hyundai Elantra 2024 Interior
The cabin of the Elantra is designed to match the dramatic exterior, creating an appropriately futuristic look. The dashboard and centre console wrap around the driver, while the passenger’s side takes a more minimalist approach. A single LED strip follows the dashboard-spanning air vent across the width of the car from the steering column to the passenger’s-side door panel. The Elantra offers a generous passenger volume, particularly in the rear seat, which positions it as a competitive alternative to more spacious rivals such as the Sentra and the Volkswagen Jetta. While the interior is aesthetically pleasing, it is not as luxurious as it appears in photographs. This is to be expected in this price range, where hard plastic is a common material. During our testing, we found that the Elantra was able to accommodate six carry-on suitcases in its trunk.
Hyundai Elantra 2024 Infotainment
An optional 10.3-inch digital gauge display is located alongside a second 10.3-inch infotainment touchscreen, which is situated at the top of the Elantra’s dashboard. The standard infotainment setup comprises an 8.0-inch centre display and analogue gauges for the instrument cluster. The latest infotainment interface from Hyundai is the focus of this display. Both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are included as standard features, as is a Wi-Fi connection. A voice-recognition feature allows the driver to adjust climate control and heated seat functions by uttering specific phrases. The standard stereo comprises six speakers, while the Limited and N-Line trims are equipped with an eight-speaker Bose stereo.

The Hyundai Elantra 2024 is available to purchase in the UAE with a starting price of AED 76,250. The price of the Hyundai Elantra varies from one dealership to another, depending on factors such as discounts, warranty, and additional features.
